Qualifications

• 6 months of computer usage including data entry and retrieval.
• 6 months using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered equipment certification required (or to be obtained).
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and answering questions.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative tasks, audits, follow-ups, and locker management.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned additional duties to support business needs.
