Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking an on-site associate in Cincinnati to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with precision and care.

You will deliver excellent service, validate orders, and connect customers with the right associates while maintaining safe staging areas. Expect to operate certified equipment, support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, and perform administrative tasks such as audits and locker management.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience for data entry and information access.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Powered equipment certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required if not currently certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance, partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Contribute to daily operations with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
