Job summary

Lowe's is hiring for a warehouse-friendly role in the United States. You will pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy while maintaining safe, organized staging areas.

You’ll operate powered equipment, validate orders, and connect customers with the appropriate associates for assistance. Ideal candidates will have basic computer skills, up to six months in a retail setting, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer use including data entry and information retrieval.
• Six months of experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered equipment certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required if not already).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment following safety requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Work with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
