Qualifications

• Associate's degree or at least one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with data entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal teams, vendors, and agencies.
• Search, retrieve docs, and file filings at various jurisdictional levels.
• Assist customers and vendors with order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Explain service offerings, procedures, and jurisdictional requirements clearly.
• Make informed decisions to meet client expectations and improve efficiency.
• Provide training on products, services, and databases with a consultative approach.
