Job summary

Miller CAT in Dallas, TX is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to maintain accuracy and customer service in a fast-paced environment, handling order entry, shipping, and CRM updates.

Responsibilities

• Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Uses order tracking and CRM systems to process orders and maintain customer information.
• Responds to requests from internal and external customers to expedite orders, correct errors, or investigate problems with transportation providers.
• Effectively communicate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Instructs employees which components are needed to fulfill customer orders and monitors inventory level.
• Monitor workflows and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Enforce safety standards and adhere to company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform quality control checks on products prior to shipping.
• Prepare orders for shipment according to carrier specifications.
• Process returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage the Amazon Seller Central account, including maintaining product listings on Amazon and ensuring sufficient levels of inventory for FBA.
• Support operations by placing parts in inventory.
