MOLARI Employment and HealthCare Services is seeking an Order Picker in Pittsfield, MA for a full-time temporary position. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Want to work in a fun and lively environment? Be busy and active all day? We have a full time temporary position for a n Order Picker (Order Selector) associate! In this Monday through Friday position, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing our exciting products for shipment. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a passion for detail, we want to hear from you!

Pay is $18/HR

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Efficiently pick products from bins according to customer orders, using pick lists.
• Packing: Carefully pack items to ensure they arrive safely to customers, sealing and labeling packages accurately.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining organized inventory and conduct regular counts, reporting any discrepancies.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks to confirm the accuracy of orders and ensure product standards are met.
• Shipping Preparation: Prepare shipping labels and documentation, assisting in loading packages for delivery.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet shipping deadlines and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus.
• Must be able to stand, reach, bend, and stoop for the majority of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills and ability to thrive in a fun, team-oriented environment.
