Job summary

Impact Connects is seeking a Fulfillment Pick-Pack Helper I to join the Fulfillment department. This hourly, non-exempt role supports order fulfillment on a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, reporting to the Fulfillment Operations Manager.

You will read packing slips, follow SOPs, ensure quality and quantity, lead temps as needed, double-check picked orders, pack efficiently, and maintain clean production areas, with additional duties assigned by the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months related experience.
• Ability to read and understand packing slips and forms.
• Basic math: add/subtract; multiply/divide with tens/hundreds.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand packing slips.
• Follow Fulfillment SOPs.
• Responsible for the quality and quantity of each job.
• Lead assigned workers (temps) for correct, quality outcomes; report issues to supervisor.
• Double check each picked order and understand each product.
• Read and understand all forms and paperwork.
• Package material in an efficient and presentable manner.
• Keep production areas clean at all times.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
