Impact Connects is seeking a Fulfillment Pick-Pack Helper I in Minneapolis to support daily order fulfillment operations. You will read packing slips, follow SOPs, and help ensure accuracy and quality of each picked order while assisting temps on the line.

The role requires basic reading and arithmetic skills, a high school diploma or GED, and 3–6 months of related experience. Work involves standing, lifting up to 70 lbs, and shift coverage from 7:00–3:30 or 8:00–4:30, Monday–Friday.

Formación

• Must have basic reading ability and follow written instructions.
• Ability to follow SOPs and quality standards.
• 3–6 months of related fulfillment experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Read and understand packing slips.
• Follow Fulfillment SOPs accurately.
• Ensure quality and quantity of each task.
• Lead assigned temps; report issues to supervisor.
• Double-check each picked order and understand product details.
• Read and understand all forms and paperwork.
• Package materials efficiently and presentably.
• Maintain clean production areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
