Job summary

Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company focused on delivering easy, effective care. As a Fulfillment Pharmacist in Boynton Beach, FL, you will ensure members receive accurate orders on time and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the pharmacy experience.

You will report to the Lead Pharmacist and play a key role in patient care, clinical intervention, and workflow improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Florida Pharmacy license and a PharmD/BSPharmacy from an accredited college.
• Able to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced, high-volume location.
• Excellent empathy, patience, and communication with patients.
• Ability to think quickly and work autonomously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

As a Fulfillment Pharmacist, you will be front and center ensuring members get accurate orders on time. You will report directly to the Lead Pharmacist and have the opportunity to work with multiple teams to deliver an uncommonly seamless pharmacy experience for members. • Process and review medication orders for members
