Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is hiring for a Part-Time Fulfillment Outfitter to support BOSS orders and in-store operations in Oklahoma City. You will fill orders, inspect items, and help customers while ensuring merchandise is packed and shipped with care.

The role requires basic warehouse tasks, safety awareness, and the ability to work across backroom and sales floor areas. Experience in retail or warehouse settings is preferred, and employees benefit from a dynamic outdoor-focused culture with training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in retail or warehouse roles.
• Ability to read labels and stock by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders, sort, pick, pack, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Inspect and package items to maintain quality and presentation.
• Move merchandise between warehouse locations using equipment.
• Assist customers on the Sales floor during store hours.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
