Safelite Group is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to lead a team of associates in our Columbus, OH site. You will direct daily operations, coach and interview staff, and align resources to meet throughput and budget targets.

You will foster a positive culture, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across shifts, including cross-shift collaboration and adherence to OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE regulations as applicable.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution.
• 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Korber or related WMS is a plus.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to pass MVR.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of associates for efficient fulfillment operations.
• Conduct interviews, coaching, and training to identify and develop talent.
• Provide direction to align associates with daily operational goals.
• Foster accountability while creating a healthy and positive working environment.
• Develop and execute operational plans to optimize site throughput and meet budget targets.
• Coordinate staffing and resources for daily operations and special projects.
• Encourage cross-shift collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee team performance, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with pertinent Federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE within supply chain site.
• Proactively identify health and safety risks, swiftly implementing resolutions, and providing coaching or training on cutting-edge best practices.
