Job summary

Red Stag Fulfillment is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee a team driving SLA achievement and efficiency. You will provide tools, remove obstacles, and measure results while guiding team members toward professional growth and skill advancement.

You will foster development, champion safety, and use data to inform decisions. A strong communication culture on the floor and client-centric mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months tenure at Red Stag, or 12 months of leadership experience.
• Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Suite skills.
• Proven track record and ability to provide examples of team development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and keep track of various parts of the operation.
• Attendance and punctuality are a must.

Responsibilities

• Foster development and inclusion aligning with RSF values.
• Select, train, and develop team members to reach goals.
• Lead daily work within your production area.
• Provide tools and remove obstacles for the team.
• Champion proactive safety culture.
• Use data and reporting to drive productivity (Excel, Office, Google Sheets).
• Promote open, candid floor communication.
• Ensure productivity targets are met with the team.
• Embed client-centric mindset, act like we own it.
• Listen to feedback and identify process gaps.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and practice root cause analysis.
• Follow RSF policies to ensure consistency across sites.
• Be a team player and help in other areas as needed.
