Qualifications

• Interest in manufacturing technology and operational processes.
• Ability to gather information from subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Develop a customer-facing Fulfillment road map from order to production.
• Create standardized preinstallation reference tools for Installation Coordinators.
• Develop system performance metrics and reporting structures.
• Analyze information flow between Sales, Order Processing, and Installation to reduce delays.
• Support a structured lessons-learned process for continuous improvement.
