Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as business administration, supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Interest in customer service, operations, and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the entry, maintenance, and tracking of customer orders in internal systems.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, production, and finance teams to resolve order-related questions.
• Help investigate and resolve delivery, pricing, invoicing, or documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure relevant documentation is complete.
• Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and data quality.
• Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks within the Order Management team.
• Support the Order Management team in several key projects: SOCR After Tear Down process.
• Customer Order Management Experience.
• Internal order processing automations.
