Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a DC supervisor to lead associates and oversee fulfillment center operations in the Columbus area. You will guide team performance, ensure smooth product flow, and support day-to-day distribution activities.

This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, collaboration with managers, and driving cost efficiencies while maintaining exceptional service. Day shift hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with opportunities to lead process improvements.

Qualifications

• Reside in Columbus, Ohio area or relocate.
• Working towards a degree in Business, Logistics, or Operations Management (graduation 2027/2028).
• Demonstrates leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Background in fulfillment center or warehouse operations.
• Ability to analyze data and use metrics for decisions.
• Demonstrates proactive, results-driven problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to associates.
• Make effective product flow decisions under the direction of the Manager.
• Positively impact levels of service and cost on the Distribution Center's operation plans.
• Meet company budget and cost structure goals.
