Victoria’s Secret & Co. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Maintenance Technicians and coordinate with DC Operations, engineers, and leadership to implement maintenance strategies that keep our facilities reliable and efficient.

You will oversee the upkeep of critical equipment, infrastructure, and utilities essential to our supply chain. You will use CMMS to plan, schedule, and track preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution or industrial maintenance.
• Strong leadership that builds trust and develops team members.
• Deep knowledge of maintenance management systems and inventory.
• Experience with vendor and contractor coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to company values and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance technician team.
