Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team at our Louisville, KY location. Reporting to a Site Leader, OAs perform picking, packing, receiving, inventory management and food/beverage prep as applicable, while supporting drivers and ensuring safety and quality.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 49 pounds, flexibility to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts, and basic familiarity with web-based tools like Google G-Suite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Restaurant or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Familiarity with basic web-based software (Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift; lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive pallets, verify inventory, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and facility.
• Handle waste and spoilage per FIFO guidelines.
• Contact customers for substitutions or OOS items.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Work in freezer locations periodically during shifts.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
