Job summary

PACE Staffing Alternatives is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily picking, packing and shipping operations in our St. Louis facility.

You will lead a hands-on team, assign workloads, and ensure accuracy and timely execution of orders. Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills are required, with experience supervising a warehouse or fulfillment team and working with inventory systems or shipping software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fulfillment, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing or supervising a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• Clear, effective, team-oriented communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
• Experience with inventory management systems or shipping software is preferred.

Job description

• Oversee daily fulfillment operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve daily productivity and quality goals.
• Assign team members to workstations and prepare and allocate daily orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Track supply and inventory levels and identify items requiring replenishment.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and manage shipping and customs documentation as needed.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and other external partners to address fulfillment and shipping needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve fulfillment-related issues in a timely manner.
• Promote a collaborative, hands-on team environment while maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, and service.
• Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment processes, efficiency, and overall team performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fulfillment, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Previous experience managing or supervising a team.
