Amazon.com Services LLC in Fargo, ND is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of salaried and hourly staff, ensuring safety, quality, attendance, and performance while driving productivity through data-driven decisions. You will guide teams across First/Last mile workflows and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, and HR to meet objectives.

The role requires 3+ years of management experience, a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends

Qualifications

3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce
Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact
Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives
Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
Work in variable temperatures and weather conditions
