Job summary

Stord Warehousing, LLC, based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day fulfillment center activities, including inbound, put away, outbound, B2C and B2B, and returns.

You will manage Area Managers and warehouse staff, set KPIs for location accuracy, dock-to-stock, outbound SLA and productivity, and ensure inventory accuracy with ICQA, GMP adherence where required, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and supporting new client launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-volume direct-to-consumer environment as a manager or higher.
• Experience leading 5+ salaried employees and 60+ non-exempt staff.
• Experience running a highly technical operation with automation.
• Experience in 200k sq ft facilities or larger.
• Experience with WMS configuration/troubleshooting and OMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center (inbound, put away, outbound, B2C/B2B, returns).
• Lead and develop Area Managers, operations leads, and warehouse staff to hit daily goals.
• Set and maintain operational KPIs (location accuracy, dock-to-stock, outbound SLA, productivity).
• Ensure inventory accuracy and support ICQA, SOPs, audit readiness, GMP where required.
• Manage budgeting and payroll for operations; schedule staffing to plan.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for new client launches and process improvements.
• Coach and develop management and staff; address issues; support other ops leaders.
