Job summary

Thrive Market is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Manager in Dallas/Fort Worth to oversee end-to-end fulfillment, inventory, order processing and shipping. You will lead a sizeable hourly workforce, drive safety, quality and efficiency, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet member expectations.

The role requires a track record in warehouse leadership, Lean methods, and strong communication. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highest levels of integrity and ethics.
• Proficient with G-Suite applications.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (HighJump) is a plus.
• 5–10+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in FC/DC or manufacturing.
• Lean/Kaizen process experience and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of front-line supervisors and 20–50+ hourly Thrivers.
• Uphold compliance, productivity, quality, safety, and teamwork standards.
• Implement engagement and fulfillment strategies to motivate staff.
• Maintain performance standards and consistent processes for reliable service.
• Strategize and execute fulfillment and continuous improvement goals.
• Collaborate with carriers to optimize shipping and logistics.
