Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of leadership in Fulfillment, Distribution, or Warehouse operations.
• Advanced knowledge of supply chain management including fulfillment, procurement, transportation, and warehousing.
• Proven experience in managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage complex problems, mitigate risks, and make strategic trade-offs.
• Experience coaching, developing team members, and fostering a culture of inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Have managerial oversight of a team responsible for achieving operational goals and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure effective implementation of Fulfillment Center strategies and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with Thrive Market values.
• Optimize team metrics, processes, and best practices; allocate resources effectively.
• Coach and develop your team to encourage growth and independent decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and manage commitments.
• Maintain open communication with partner teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Audit performance and document lessons learned to improve practices.
