Job summary

Thrive Market is seeking an Area Manager II to lead and manage multiple teams responsible for achieving operational goals within the Fulfillment Center. You will oversee the effectiveness of Fulfillment Center strategies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and strong stakeholder relationships.

This role requires coaching, risk management, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Sunday - Wednesday schedule with early morning shifts; overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years leading Fulfillment/Distribution/Warehouse ops.
• Advanced knowledge of supply chain functions including fulfillment, procurement, transportation and warehousing.
• Experience leading teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Have managerial oversight of a team responsible for achieving operational goals and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
