Job summary

Thrive Market is seeking an Area Manager I to lead multiple teams within our fulfillment operations at a Fort Worth, TX site. You will drive operational goals, optimize fulfillment strategies, and ensure high-quality team deliverables in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment.

You will coach and develop staff, manage risks, and align team efforts with larger business objectives, while promoting an inclusive culture and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership experience in Fulfillment, Distribution, or Warehouse operations.
• Functional knowledge of supply chain management including fulfillment, procurement, transportation, and warehousing.
• Proven experience in managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage complex problems, mitigate risks, and make strategic trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple teams to achieve operational goals and maintain high-quality deliverables.
