Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Operations Leader in Elizabeth City, NC. You will guide Fulfillment Associates and Team Leads, oversee staffing and order flow for Pickup and Delivery orders, and ensure safety and compliance across store processes.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and excellent communication to resolve escalated issues and maintain high customer service standards. This is a full-time on-site position with responsibilities across all fulfillment

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years in retail, operations, or fulfillment.
1–2 years in leadership and team development, coaching and training.
1–2 years in problem solving and decision making.
1–2 years strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Operate tools and power equipment at heights 20+ feet and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Fulfillment Associates and Team Leads to drive performance, efficiency, and customer service.
Oversee staffing, workload, and order flow for Pickup, Curbside, Install, Gig, and Delivery orders.
Monitor and achieve operational KPIs, including SIMS accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and compliance.
Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
Conduct daily safety walks and ensure equipment is operated safely and in compliance.
Participate in picking, staging, and fulfilling activities as needed.
Serve as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) and provide store-wide leadership.
