Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with 3–5 years of retail, operations, or fulfillment experience.
• 1–2 years of strong leadership and team development, coaching, and training experience.
• 1–2 years of excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• 1–2 years of strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• 1–2 years of ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck certification required (must obtain if not already certified).
• Ability to walk and stand continuously throughout store areas; walk 15k+ steps daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Fulfillment Associates and Team Leads to drive performance, efficiency, and customer service.
• Oversee staffing, workload, and order flow to ensure Pickup, Curbside, Install, Gig, and Delivery orders are completed on time and accurately.
• Monitor and achieve operational KPIs, including SIMS accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and compliance.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
• Conduct daily safety walks, maintain hazard-free staging areas, and ensure equipment is operated safely and in compliance.
• Participate in picking, staging, and fulfilling activities as needed.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) and follow all safety requirements.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) when assigned, providing store-wide leadership and ensuring service standards are met.
