Job summary

The RealReal is seeking a Store Operations Associate on the Outbound fulfillment team to coordinate transfers for high-value merchandise with TRR retail stores. Join a climate-controlled warehouse environment and help ensure accurate picking, tagging, and shipping while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and can thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working in a warehouse production environment.
• Ability to relay verbal and written information concisely and effectively.
• Outstanding time management, planning, and coordinating skills.
• Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment.
• Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
• Adaptability and openness to change.
• Receptiveness to feedback to improve performance.
• Ability to work Monday- Friday and overtime as needed.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill transfers for each retail location including picking, tagging and shipping.
• Maintain SLA and achieve 100% accuracy in inventory picks.
• Tag items across product categories following TRR guidelines.
• Conduct quality inspections and prepare inventory for stores.
• Handle reverse logistics of inventory to warehouse standards.
• Process parcel shipments with the designated carrier.
• Follow general warehousing practices including safety and housekeeping.
