Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities to lead day-to-day operations at the Phoenix Authentication Center and support remote retail locations. You will drive reliability, safety, vendor performance and employee experience while managing budgets and critical building systems.

Travel about 20% to support facilities across the portfolio, lead a facilities team and external partners, and develop scalable processes for the Phoenix site and retail sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive facilities management experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading facilities teams and managing third-party providers.
• Strong ownership of large operational facilities including building systems and vendor performance.
• Project management experience overseeing renovations, capital improvements and facility refreshes.
• Ability to assess issues, decide quickly and drive work to completion with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations for Phoenix Authentication Center.
• Lead facilities staff and manage third-party service providers; ensure service quality.
• Develop preventive maintenance and inspection programs for critical building systems.
• Manage work orders, repairs and service requests from start to finish.
• Travel approximately 20% to support remote retail locations and projects.
• Source, negotiate and manage vendor partnerships and service agreements.
