Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an experienced fulfillment operations leader to oversee all inbound and outbound activities at our Greencastle, IN facility. You will ensure orders are processed and shipped efficiently, manage budgets, and drive EBITDA through process improvements and staffing optimizations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fast-paced e-commerce environments, with strong labor management and deep WMS knowledge (Manhattan preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-energy, SLA-driven environment with e-commerce focus.
• Strong Labor Management experience and KPI ownership.
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound operations, ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
• Develop operational plans based on forecast to manage costs and throughput.
• Lead staffing decisions and scheduling to meet service levels.
• Provide tools and training to grow supervisor capabilities and maintain effective communication.
• Analyze workflow and implement changes to improve efficiency and cost savings.
