Job summary

NRI 3PL in Riverside, CA is seeking a Shipping/Receiving/Returns Supervisor to guide inbound and outbound teams, ensuring timely receiving and delivery of orders and commitments while handling products for active lifestyle clients.

You will train and develop staff, monitor performance against SLA, collaborate on labor planning with the DC Manager, and uphold safety SOPs in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to operate warehouse management system (WMS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
• Experience leading personnel and driving safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Train, cross-train and develop team members.
• Monitor goals and performance against SLA.
• Plan labor requirements with the DC Manager based on forecasts.
• Communicate expectations and provide feedback on performance.
• Adhere to NRI safety rules and SOPs.
• Maintain clean, safe storage areas and perform other duties as needed.
