Job summary

The Jay Group in Pennsylvania is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily fulfillment operations for one or more clients. You will lead a team of Picker/Packer and related staff, monitor workflows, and ensure safety and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading a team in a Warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fulfillment and project operations to meet goals.
• Monitor safety and ensure procedures to protect workers and equipment.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse staff; conduct regular meetings.
• Coordinate shift scheduling and overtime to cover peak periods.
• Prepare reports on output, quality, and efficiency; track labor hours and issues.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Client Services, Inventory, and WMS to resolve issues.
