Job summary

Werner Enterprises is establishing a two-person delivery driver and helper start-up. The role supports all facets of delivery operations, transportation, and inventory control, with emphasis on safety compliance and customer satisfaction.

Candidate will lead delivery teams and warehouse staff, coaching and developing personnel while maintaining strong communication with distribution centers and customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing internal warehouse movement and inventory ownership.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor and train teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support two-person delivery driver and helper start-up operations.
• Oversee transportation, delivery operations, and inventory control.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure policy adherence.
• Lead customer delivery teams and warehouse associates; communicate with leadership.
