Werner Enterprises is seeking a Delivery Operations Manager to lead a team of contracted home delivery partners and internal staff in a fast-paced environment. You will direct warehouse operations, transportation, and delivery activities to support customer and client requirements.

Responsibilities include aligning activities with client goals, monitoring fulfillment cycles, ensuring OSHA compliance, and driving a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years managing home delivery/3PL operations or P&L experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, transportation, and supply chain management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Align delivery operations with client goals and expectations.
• Monitor fulfillment cycle including transportation, receiving and inspections.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff and contracted delivery partners.
• Maintain KPI reporting and performance reviews.
