Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management, distribution, and four wall inventory control.
• Experience in managing internal warehouse movement and ownership of inventory.
• AS/BS/BA degree preferred; coursework in related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to customer delivery teams and warehouse associates.
• Support measuring and monitoring of the full fulfillment cycle to meet client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Train, coach and develop team members.
• Communicate with distribution centers, showrooms and customers.
• Enhance the customers' delivery experience.
