Material Bank in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Director of Operations to lead our highly automated distribution center. This leader owns end-to-end fulfillment across multiple lines and a shared inventory of hundreds of thousands of SKUs, including inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.

You will build a strong management team, use data-driven decisions, and drive technology initiatives such as WMS/WES/WCS, robotics, and AI‑enabled reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in distribution or supply chain with at least 7 years in people leadership.
• Experience owning operating budgets, cost per unit, or labor productivity in high‑volume WMS environments with automation.
• Experience managing parcel and freight operations and carrier relationships.
• Strong analytical capability, advanced Excel skills, and openness to AI/emerging technologies.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and prioritization in time‑sensitive environments.
• Availability to work nonstandard hours; ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi‑shift receiving, put‑away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Oversee fulfillment for member sampling, e‑commerce, and 3PL clients from shared inventory; plan for peak periods.
• Onboard Brand Partners and 3PL clients; contribute to process design, cost and labor models, and RFP inputs.
• Act as senior operational contact for partners, resolving issues and maintaining SLAs.
• Represent Operations in projects, process changes, and new program launches with minimal disruption.
