DHL Supply Chain in Olive Branch, MS seeks a Production Planning Manager to lead daily/weekly/monthly work streams across inbound, outbound, and returns processing. Coordinate production plans with leadership, drive KPI targets, and identify root causes to keep customer commitments on-time and on-budget.

The role partners with site leadership to optimize resources, adjust workload and shifts, and implement continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, required.
• 1-3 years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, required.
• 1-3 years of customer service or fulfillment center planning, required.

Responsabilidades

• Partners with Operations to ensure resource and capacity planning meets KPI metrics.
• Plans, manages, and adjusts workload and shift schedules for resources.
• Builds predictive analytics from site trends and forecasts; compare plans with customer forecast.
• Plans and manages fulfillment and returns processing to meet accuracy and timeliness.
• Develops action plans to address performance concerns and improve operations.
• Maintains communication with operations and customer planning on priorities and risks.
• Supports continuous improvement projects across the fulfillment center.
• Manages reporting that supports production planning and budget/goals.
• Enforces policies and ensures safety, quality, and worker development.
• Guides staff on safety, sanitation, quality, and maintenance; conducts orientation and reviews.
