ShipBob is seeking an Associate for its HUB Inbound in Aurora, IL. You will work on receiving, picking, and packing to ensure accurate shipments and a great customer experience. The role starts on the 1st shift, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime potential and potential for career growth within our fast-growing startup.

No prior warehouse experience is required; we value reliability, safety, and teamwork. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and able to stand for long periods while

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk for 8–10 hours.
• Shift work including weekends/overtime.
• Willing to help in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: manage new inventory placement and communicate arrivals.
• Picking: move products quickly and accurately through warehouse.
• Packing: ensure quality and correct packing for shipments.
• Other duties as required to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow SOPs to maintain product safety and traceability.
