ShipBob is hiring for an Inbound HUB associate in Aurora, IL. The role covers Receiving, Picking, and Packing teams to ensure accurate inventory handling and timely shipments. You’ll work a typical first shift with opportunities for career growth in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk 8–10 hours per shift.
• Willing to help in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: accept and put away new inventory and communicate arrivals/exceptions.
• Picking: deliver products quickly and accurately to next stage.
• Packing: ensure quality and correct packing of shipments.
• Other Duties as Required: assist in other areas to keep operations efficient.
• Follow SOPs to maintain safety, quality, and traceability.
