Job summary

Gopuff is hiring for Operations Associates in Oklahoma City to support the operations team. You will pick and pack, receive shipments, and manage inventory across site and kitchen areas, while aligning with safety standards and FIFO practices.

Role requires lifting up to 49 pounds and ability to work varied shifts, including peak hours. We offer full-time benefits and opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify inventory matches PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Maintain FIFO compliance to minimize waste and spoilage.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move products safely and efficiently.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, dollies and other equipment as needed.
• Work in freezer locations as required during shifts.
• Prepare quality beverages and food menu items per recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure accuracy of all food/beverage packaging for delivery.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Receive and put away orders/invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain Kitchen Facility organization and manage waste and spoilage.
