Job summary

The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and nights, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years in people management or 2+ years with Amazon. Growth opportunities across expanding operations sites are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Valid and active driver’s license.
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to develop plans to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long periods during shifts.
• Work in environments with variable temperatures and noise levels.
