Ideal candidates have 2+ years of employee and performance management experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Weekend/nights shifts and a flexible schedule are required.

• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in environments with variable temperatures and loud noise.
