Job summary

Fisher Investments is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support our growing team in handling fulfillment marketing, office supplies, client files, shipping and hospitality tasks.

You will report to a Fulfillment Team Leader and perform daily activities including data entry, inventory monitoring, mail distribution, shipment processing with UPS/FedEx/DHL, and marketing kit prep. The role requires physical mobility and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Proficient with desktop PCs, printers and scanners.
• Experience shipping via UPS, FedEx and DHL.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift/move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with long periods of sitting/standing and repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of prospect and client information.
• Monitor office supply inventory.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Process UPS, DHL and FedEx shipments.
• Help with office moves, mounting equipment and cleaning.
• Prepare marketing kits for prospective clients.
