Qualifications

Enrolled college student pursuing a Bachelor's or Associates degree.
Commute to the Camas, WA office.
Cumulative GPA of 3.0+.
Able to work 15 hours a week at a minimum (28 hour maximum).
High School Diploma Required.

Responsibilities

Data entry of prospect and client information.
Monitor office supply inventory.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Process UPS, DHL and FedEx shipments.
Help with office moves, mounting equipment and cleaning.
Prepare marketing kits for prospective clients.
Responsible for properly handling sensitive and/or confidential documents.
Completes other administrative duties as necessary.
Works onsite, under direct supervision, in a team-based and open office environment.
