Job summary

TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics in Seattle is seeking an experienced leader to design and optimize the end-to-end fulfillment network across DCs, middle mile, and last mile. You will drive actionable initiatives that improve speed, cost, and reliability while aligning cross-functional partners.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce fulfillment or transportation strategy, strong analytics, and a track record of delivering scalable improvements through cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years in e-commerce fulfillment or related field.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end fulfillment (FCs, middle mile, last mile, carriers).
• Experience in network optimization, routing or capacity planning.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for trade-off analysis.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and scale improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and continuous improvement of the end-to-end fulfillment network.
• Optimize order routing, carrier selection, and backlog management.
• Develop middle-mile and last-mile network strategies and cost optimization.
• Build models, dashboards, and tools to identify bottlenecks and improve metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Product, Eng, and Leadership to deliver solutions.
• Lead initiatives from diagnosis to implementation with measurable impact.
