Job summary

TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics organization is seeking a data-driven professional to optimize fulfillment across our network in California. You will analyze storage capacity, SKU profiles, and allocation strategies, partnering with algorithm-based systems to improve regional fulfillment ratios and reduce costs.

You will drive continuous improvements in inventory health, FC-to-FC transfers, and transportation paths, using SQL and Python for modeling and decision-support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Strong analytical skills (SQL, Python), with modeling capabilities.
• Familiar with order allocation systems, simulation tools, and A/B testing.
• Experience with WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze FC storage capacity, SKU profile, and capabilities for capacity planning and SKU allocation.
• Optimize SKU placement and inbound allocation with algorithm-based systems to improve fulfillment.
• Classify FCs by performance/cost and propose network optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with S&OP to simulate order allocation and improve fulfillment efficiency.
• Drive continuous supply chain optimization: inventory turnover, FC transfers, balancing, and path optimization.
• Support data-driven strategic decisions on network expansion and capacity investment.
