Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Fulfillment & Manufacturing Supervisor for our Miramar, FL facility. You will lead and develop a large hourly team across shipping, receiving, and order processing, delivering safer, more accurate operations through data‑driven improvements.

You will partner with HR and operations to forecast staffing and sustain peak‑period performance, while upholding Fanatics' BOLD leadership and customer‑obsessed standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large hourly teams (25+ employees) in high‑volume environments such as manufacturing, fulfillment/distribution, or call centers.
• Strong background in coaching, performance management, and employee development, with a track record of building and sustaining high‑performing teams.
• Proven ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement process improvements that drive measurable results in productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop large hourly teams in the Miramar, FL facility across shipping, receiving, and order processing.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain productivity, reliability, and order accuracy for fans and partners.
• Drive safety, quality, and efficiency, especially during peak periods.
• Collaborate with HR and workforce planning to forecast staffing needs and onboard new team members.
