The role requires an Associate degree with 4+ years in pharmacy tech or logistics, plus 1 year of leadership.

Qualifications

Associates degree required; an additional two years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Four years of pharmacy technician or logistics experience in a high-volume setting.
One year of progressive leadership/management responsibility.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Communicate operational updates, priorities, and expectations to support team performance and service goals.
Oversee daily workflow, schedules, staffing assignments, and workload distribution to ensure operational efficiency and service levels.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance, service quality, and professional growth.
Ensure HIPAA-compliant order preparation and shipping processes.
Maintain delivery logs and provide regular reports to finance and leadership on delivery cost reduction strategies.
Monitor and resolve shipment exceptions, improve routes, and ensure timely product delivery.
