Job summary

Reliance Rx Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Supervisor of Logistics and Fulfillment to lead logistics, transportation, and fulfillment, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective delivery operations. Qualifications

• Associates degree required; two years may be substituted for degree.
• Four years of pharmacy technician experience in a high-volume setting; specialty/pharmacy or mail order preferred.
• One year of progressive leadership/management responsibility.
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Leadership skills including training, coaching, listening and conflict management.
• Ability to apply problem-solving methodologies to logistical problems and service schedules.
• Ability to research and utilize platforms to aid in problem solving.
• Excellent analytical and process-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate updates to support team performance and service goals.
• Oversee daily workflow, staffing, and workload distribution to ensure efficiency and service levels.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and growth.
• Ensure pharmacy workflow processes (drivers and logistics) comply with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Resolve issues identified by the operations or pharmacy team to limit patient disruption.
• Maintain patient records and delivery logs for compliance.
• Provide ad hoc and regular reports to finance and leadership on delivery costs.
• Ensure delivery routes maximize deliveries and drivers are trained.
