JuneShine Brands is seeking an E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist to manage our 3PL partners and serve as the operational link between the NPI team and Direct-to-Consumer fulfillment.

You will monitor daily order flow, resolve exceptions, support launches, and drive improvements in on-time shipping, inventory control, and cost per order.

The role requires 4+ years in e-commerce operations, experience with 3PLs and DTC platforms (Shopify), and strong spreadsheet skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience working directly with 3PL partners in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
• Hands-on experience with a WMS or 3PL portal and a DTC order management platform (Shopify).
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to respond to urgent business matters outside standard hours.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with 3PL partners and lead weekly meetings.
• Monitor daily DTC order flow so orders are picked, packed, and shipped within SLA.
• Track and resolve fulfillment exceptions, including backorders and mis-ships.
• Coordinate fulfillment readiness for new product launches and 3PL onboarding.
• Support kitting and bundle fulfillment and optimize packaging options with procurement.
• Coordinate weekly allocation calls and drive operational next steps with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Customer Service to resolve order-level issues and improve the fulfillment process.
• Report fulfillment performance on a regular cadence and audit 3PL issues.
• Maintain SOPs and create new processes as the business grows.
