Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Stock/Fulfillment to model and coach teams in connecting with customers and selling the brand lifestyle.

You will uphold operational standards to protect the brand image and help the team maximize efficiency and performance across omni/fulfillment channels. Responsibilities include overseeing back-of-house operations, executing customer fulfillment, and driving disciplined stockroom management.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Employment/promotion to this role will be contingent on successful completion of a background check.
• 1-3 years retail sales experience with management experience preferred
• 1-2 years home related or specialty experience preferred (design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities)

Responsibilities

• Oversees Back of House operational functions: Omni/fulfillment, receiving, shipping, inventory, management, stockroom organization and standards and markdown/markup execution
• Executes customer fulfillment across all (Omni) channels leveraging all services to ensure method used meets customer’s needs while maintaining profitability and the image of the Brand
• Models, trains and coaches individual productivity and performance related to fulfillment, BOPIS/Design Crew conversion, processing, packing and stockroom standards
• Manages shipping and processing stations, product staging areas and supplies to ensure efficient receipt and packing of incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Performs routine audits and reconciliations and establishes daily disciplines to eliminate loss/shrink
• Maintains an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect
